Dr. Mayank Kejriwal is a research assistant professor and research lead at the University of Southern California. Dr. Kejriwal’s research focuses on Artificial Intelligence and their application to complex systems, including crisis response and fighting human trafficking. His work has been funded by the US Department of Defense, corporate grants and philanthropic foundations, and his AI solutions for human trafficking has been transitioned and recognized on an international level. His research has been published in 50+ peer-reviewed scientific venues, and covered in international press, including Popular Science, CNN Indonesia, Scientias, San Francisco Times, Salon and World Economic Forum. He is the author of three books, the most recent one being ‘Knowledge Graphs: Fundamentals, Techniques and Applications’ (MIT Press, March 2021).
