Alison Lingane is a national leader in employee ownership (EO). Alison is the founder of the Ownership Capital Lab, a nonprofit initiative that focuses on capital as a growth and scale lever for employee ownership. She founded and managed the Employee Ownership Catalyst Fund, which addresses a critical financing gap for EO. Over a decade ago, she co-founded the national nonprofit Project Equity—a leader in the movement to maintain thriving local business communities, create quality jobs, and address income and wealth inequality. Alongside many awareness and field-building initiatives, in its first decade, Project Equity transitioned dozens of EO companies, educated over 15,000 stakeholders about EO and provided 1-on-1 counseling to more than 1,100 business owners.
