Michelle Rippy is the Lead Evaluator for Crime Solutions Impact Fellow within the Department of Justice. She previously worked as a law enforcement practitioner, and her current research focuses on contemporary issues in policing and forensic science. Michelle is on sabbatical from California State University East Bay, where she is an associate professor in the Department of Criminal Justice. Michelle earned her doctorate in Organizational Change from the University of Southern California.
