Pete Kelly
Pete Kelly is the Head of Science and co-founder at Align to Innovate where he applies his expertise in lab automation and big data generation to accelerate research. Previously, at Zymergen and Ginkgo Bioworks, Pete led cross-functional teams developing the world’s first truly modular robotic workcells for high-throughput cell engineering. Combined with his earlier work in Jay Keasling’s Lab at the Joint Bioenergy Institute, Pete’s strong technical foundation and a focus on scaling automation technologies push the boundaries of what’s possible in the execution of automated biological research.
