Morgan Rielly is State Representative from Maine. Rielly has sponsored legislation to expand service programming with the creation of the Maine Climate Corps and the Maine Service Fellows program, a state-based rural service corps. He received the State Service Leadership Award from America’s Service Commissions (ASC) in 2021 for this work. He is also the co-founder and co-chair of ASC’s State Service Caucus, a nationwide coalition of state legislators advocating for service programming across the country.
Rielly is a graduate of Bowdoin College, where he double-majored in religion and government. When he is not at the State House, he has worked as a farmhand on oyster farms in Casco Bay and was a visiting fellow at an ocean policy think tank.
