Kalila Jackson-Spieker is a Senior Policy Manager at J-PAL North America, where she leads work to scale-up evidence-based solutions, and strengthen the scale-up capacity of the broader evidence-based policymaking community. Outside of J-PAL, Kalila has worked with a number of social sector consulting groups including Viewcrest Advisors, Project Evident, Impact Catalysts, Root Cause, and Third Sector New England. Kalila holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and a BA in International Affairs from the University of Washington.
