Last week, FAS and the Center for Science, Technology and Security Policy at AAAS hosted an event on the technical, strategic and arms control challenges for ballistic missile defense in Washington, DC. Topics discussed includedballistic missile defense capabilities, realistic testing for reliability and effectiveness and countermeasures.
