Jillian Mammino
Jillian Mammino is a diplomat, engineer, and policy professional specializing in critical and emerging technologies. From 2021-2025, she served as a Technical Expert Analyst at the U.S. Department of State in the Office of Science and Technology Cooperation, where she negotiated Science and Technology Agreements across Southeast Asia, brokered research arrangements on Artificial Intelligence, and guided federal AI R&D strategy. Prior to that, she worked as a Test Engineer for Cummins, Inc. Currently, she works as an International Standards Project Manager. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
