Felicia Fullilove, Ph.D. is a former State Department policy advisor specializing in the United States science and technology relationship with East Asia. She previously managed the American Chemical Society’s Approval Program, setting national standards for undergraduate chemistry education. Felicia served as a Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the National Science Foundation (2018-2020) and lectured at Spelman College (2015-2018). She is an elected fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (2023) and earned her doctorate in Organic Chemistry from Emory University (2014). Felicia is currently an associate director at the American Association of Colleges and Universities working on public trust in higher education.
