Zoë Brouns is a former Manager with the Technology & Innovation team, working specifically on climate and clean energy projects. Prior to her time at FAS, she conducted research on federal government effectiveness at the Partnership for Public Service, and has also conducted research on institutions, governance, and environmental policy. She holds an M.S. in Comparative Public Policy from the University of Edinburgh.
