Sara van Nes is a Senior Policy and Training Associate at J-PAL North America, where she supports randomized evaluations and disseminates evidence related to worker prosperity and poverty reduction. She also delivers trainings for policymakers on the topic of impact evaluations to increase the use of evidence in decision-making.  Sara holds a MS in food and nutrition policy and programs from the Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy and BA in psychology and Spanish from Colgate University.
