Lindsay Kubatzky

Lindsay Kubatzky is the director of policy and advocacy at the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD). He leads the development of NCLD’s policy agenda on issues critical to the success of students with learning and attention issues and their families. Lindsay guides the public policy and advocacy team to generate, develop, and implement federal policy initiatives that protect the rights of and advance opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Prior to joining NCLD, Lindsay was the Government Affairs Coordinator for the National PTA. There, he supported the National PTA’s public policy agenda and grassroots advocacy efforts to support public schools. Before that, he was a Legislative Aide in the Texas Legislature where he worked on a wide range of issues including education, economic development, government transparency and unemployment.

Lindsay holds a B.A. in government from the University of Texas at Austin and an Ed.M from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
