Shaina Knight

Shaina Knight, the Northwest/Rocky Mountain Regional Outreach Coordinator Impact Fellow, has had a robust career in the food industry. Beginning as a food broker and then as a multi-state Regional Sales Manager, she sold portfolios of food lines through food distributors by supporting sales teams and showcasing food to chefs across the West. She later supported Ag-based businesses working at the Colorado Department of Agriculture. Most recently, Shaina managed the food purchasing and donation department for the largest food Bank in Colorado and Wyoming.
