Harris A. Eyre

Harris A. Eyre is a fellow in brain health with Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy, a senior fellow in brain capital with the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, the lead of the Brain Capital Alliance, and co-lead of the OECD Neuroscience-inspired Policy Initiative. He is also an instructor with the Global Brain Health Institute, operating from the University of California San Francisco, and an advisor to the Brain Health Nexus of Cohen Veterans Bioscience. He maintains adjunct positions with the departments of psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine and The University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston.
