Stephen Hill is Principal of AI and Automations at a multi-state healthcare management services organization, where he develops governed AI systems and builds workforce capability in a regulated environment. Previously, as an emerging technology analyst for a Colorado county, he led an applied AI upskilling program for more than 100 public-sector employees. He later translated that work into playbooks on AI education, training, and agent management published through the GovAI Coalition, a network representing hundreds of government agencies. Stephen also advises public-sector and nonprofit organizations on AI adoption, governance, and workforce readiness. His career includes federal financial operations and cybersecurity leadership across enterprise and military settings, experience that informs his approach to privacy, security, accountability, and operational risk.
