Seema Patel is a Senior Fellow for Global Development where she provides advice on opportunities for innovation and reform within the U.S. Government’s Foreign Assistance system. Seema brings over 20 years of experience in global development, most notably in various leadership positions with USAID and its partners, working to foster more innovative, collaborative, and agile approaches to a diverse range of challenges, while fostering learning and institutional change to mainstream proven strategies for more effective aid. She holds a Master’s in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
