Sara Meyers
Sara Meyers is a Managing Director at Three Cairns Group, where she leads work to scale climate solutions for both carbon markets and aviation. Prior to joining Three Cairns Group, she served as the founding Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer of the CHIPS Program Office at the U.S. Department of Commerce, and earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles spanning education, housing, and disaster recovery. Sara is also a Senior Advisor at the Institute for Progress and co-author of Factory Settings, a newsletter about state capacity and industrial policy.
