Rachel Pierson has a decade of experience at the intersection of climate, policy, and markets, most recently supporting incubators and economic development projects for the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) Innovation team. Previously, she was the Managing Director and Head of Research at Beacon Policy Advisors, where she stood up the energy/environmental policy research portfolio and led research on technology and trade policy issues.
