Nicholas J. Marantz
Nicholas J. Marantz is an Associate Professor of Urban Planning and Public Policy at the University of California, Irvine. His research and teaching focus on the impacts of law, politics, and planning on housing affordability and access to resources and opportunities. Marantz holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a PhD in Urban and Regional Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
