Joda Thongnopnua currently serves as Special Advisor at the National Science Foundation’s Directorate for Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (TIP) working to deliver on the promise of the bipartisan CHIPS and Science Act and ensure the U.S. remains the global leader in science and technology innovation. He is also currently a non-resident fellow at the International Strategy Forum, an initiative of the non-partisan Special Competitive Studies Project (SCSP).
