Gavi is a Legal Analyst, Climate and Environment for the Center for Regulatory Ingenuity. Prior to joining FAS, Gavi was an ORISE fellow in the Office of Policy at the U.S. Department of Energy and a Senior Research and Policy Analyst at Earthjustice. She holds a Master’s of Environmental Science and Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
