Gautam Bastian is a Research and Program Development Manager at Precision Development, a global digital information non-profit. He has designed and implemented impact evaluations in agriculture, mobile finance, education, and business training in India, Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Nigeria for the last 18 years. He has a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and previously worked at the World Bank’s Africa Gender Innovation Lab, Harvard Business School, and the Center for Microfinance.
