Eric Eriksen, MBA, P.E., is a nationally recognized utility executive, educator, and board leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning electric utilities, broadband deployment, workforce development, and emerging energy technologies. As CEO of the San Luis Valley Rural Electric Cooperative and Ciello Communications, he leads a $50M cooperative serving 13,000 members across seven counties, delivering top‑five national ACSI performance and award‑winning innovation in electrification, wildfire mitigation, and Lean Six Sigma efficiency. His career includes senior leadership roles in Alaska and across the U.S., including National VP‑Engineering & Operations for Northwest Lineman College, Vice President of Transmission & Distribution for Alaska Electric Light & Power, and President of multiple cooperatives and boards.
