Casey Gibson

Casey Gibson is a Solutions Development Engineer at Rubicon Water, where she designs modernized surface irrigation systems to support agricultural productivity and water conservation. She previously served as an Associate Program Officer at the U.S. National Academy of Engineering, developing programs on environmental and social responsibility. Her background spans water resource engineering, sustainable agriculture, and community-based development, including research with Colombian coffee farmers on water resource sustainability and a Fulbright fellowship in Mexico. Casey holds an M.S. in Humanitarian Engineering & Science from the Colorado School of Mines and dual B.S./B.A. degrees in Agricultural Engineering and Spanish from the University of Arkansas.
