Carolina Rodriguez proudly serves the City of Atlanta as an assistant director in the planning department. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of South Carolina and a Master of Urban Planning at the University of Kansas. She is a certified planner (AICP) and project management professional (PMP). Her experience includes housing & real estate policy, community development, land banking, transportation planning, and public health.
