Caitlin Gandhi

Caitlin Gandhi is the co-founder and Acting Director of the U.S. Digital Corps, a two-year federal fellowship program for early career technologists to enter government service. Through the U.S. Digital Corps, she works to improve access and delivery of high impact services to the American people. Prior to her work with USDC, she led talent strategy and people analytics at Teach for America for over a decade.
