Annelise Straw

Annelise Straw joins FAS after working for the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service’s Local and Regional Foods Division. There, Annelise supported various research projects and the launch of the USDA Regional Food Business Centers. Annelise’s prior experience is with university research institutes. Annelise holds a BA in International Relations and MA in Environmental Policy from American University and is completing her PhD from University of Kentucky where she researches social justice initiatives within the restaurant industry.
