Lotte Schlegel
Lotte Schlegel is a founder and senior advisor with the Housing Multiplier Project. She builds partnerships and connections with policymakers and advocates working to solve local housing shortages while accounting for extreme weather and affordability. Lotte provides consulting to strengthen organizations strategies, partnerships, and services to tackle the biggest buildings and climate implementation challenges of our times. She has 20 years of experience building organizations and implementing programs across government, business and nonprofit sectors. She was previously the executive director of the Institute for Market Transformation.
