Hannah Downing
Hannah is the Partnerships Manager at Coding it Forward, where she works to connect federal, state, and local government offices with early-career technical talent. Her work involves meeting with offices to understand their needs and scoping technical projects, and collaborating with organizations across the civic tech ecosystem to find new ways to reach and empower the next generation of public interest technologists.
Hannah’s background is in early-career talent development and program management. She holds a dual BA from Columbia University and the Paris Institute of Political Studies in Economics and Political Science.
