Gavi is a Senior Law & Policy Analyst for the Center for Regulatory Ingenuity. Prior to joining FAS, Gavi was an ORISE fellow in the Office of Policy at the U.S. Department of Energy and a Senior Research and Policy Analyst at Earthjustice. She holds a Master’s of Environmental Science and Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
