Xin Wei

Dr. Xin Wei is a Senior Quantitative Researcher at Digital Promise, where she leads research initiatives at the intersection of learning analytics, accessibility, and educational technology. Her work focuses on leveraging digital learning and assessment platform data to understand students’ mathematics learning and to evaluate the impact of educational tools and learning environments on diverse student populations, including students with disabilities and English learners. Dr. Wei has particular expertise in data science and causal inference. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and an M.A. in Statistics from Stanford University.
