Randy Ellis is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School where he uses biobank-scale datasets to understand risk factors for and develop predictive models of Alzheimer’s dementia. He specializes in the use of diverse modeling strategies (time-to-event, binary classification) of multimodal data (blood biomarkers, genetics, imaging, electronic health records) to derive insights informed by biological and clinical knowledge.
