
Sean Dean Lahav, MPA, WEDG serves as Halff’s Resilience Market Leader where he is responsible for advancing flood resilience services through a companywide focus on multidisciplinary collaboration and innovation across solution groups and practices. He is specialized in local and regional approaches to flood risk management and has advised municipalities, counties, regional planning councils, military partners, universities, and national strategic partners. Sean’s work has benefited 25 counties and 76 municipalities across the state of Florida, where he has most recently managed the development of statutorily compliant flood infrastructure vulnerability assessments across the Northeast, Apalachee, Emerald Coast, Tampa Bay, Central, and East Central regions of the state. Sean has also worked closely with state and federal regulatory agencies including FDEP, USACE, NOAA, FEMA, and EDA. He holds multiple degrees in public administration and political science from the University of North Florida and is currently a PhD candidate in Florida State University’s Department of Urban and Regional Planning.
