Courtney Drauschke

Courtney Drauschke is the director of brand & content strategy at VentureWell. She oversees brand strategy and development; advertising, thought leadership, editorial strategy, and content channels. As part of these efforts, she serves a lead role in the development of an evolved communications strategy that encompasses VentureWell’s recent growth supporting a robust portfolio of health commercialization activities. With nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, Courtney has worked for companies of all sizes in fields including advertising, publishing, higher education, and health care. Courtney holds a BA from Colby College and an MS in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Northeastern University.
