Ben Bain
Ben Bain is the Director of State Capacity at the Niskanen Center. He previously worked at the Special Competitive Studies Project, Booz Allen Hamilton, the Department of Defense, the XPRIZE Foundation, and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Bain served in the United States Army as an infantry officer.
