Gini Knight

Gini Knight is the Southeast Regional Coordinator Impact Fellow. She holds a BFA in Scientific Illustration and an MS in Conservation Biology, and started and managed a certified organic vegetable farm. She has collaborated with numerous non-profits, state and federal agencies, leveraging her facilitation and strategic partnership skills to advance initiatives in local food promotion, food policy advocacy, food justice, and coalition building. She’s inspired to work collaboratively to help farmers make a viable living.
