Lena Shi

Lena Shi is a quantitative social scientist who researches the role of policies and practices on college choice, college completion, and career outcomes. Through this fellowship, her research will focus on improving transitions into public service, including hiring and recruitment. Previously, Lena served as a White House policy advisor and U.S. Department of Education researcher. Lena earned her PhD at Harvard.
