Clyde Drayton

Clyde Drayton tackles innovative solutions for resiliency and social equity through his work at the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA). As Program Associate for Resilience, Clyde coordinates studies and implementation of capital projects that protect against extreme weather events and improve the connections of residents. Previously, he completed fellowships with the Mayor’s Office of Resilience in Houston, Texas and Resilient Cities Catalyst, a New York based non-profit for developing comprehensive solutions alongside government. Clyde maintains a deep passion for the public realm, climate justice, and plugging gaps in the resilience systems that are being rapidly scaled to maximize protections.
