Bhavya Mohan

Bhavya Mohan is a Fellow with the Office of Evaluation Sciences in the U.S. General Services Administration, where she currently works on projects that support the equitable delivery of the American Rescue Plan. Prior to her fellowship at OES, Bhavya was an Assistant Professor in the Marketing department at the University of San Francisco, where she researched the effects of transparency on consumer behavior. She received her doctorate in marketing, with a focus on consumer psychology, from Harvard Business School in 2016.
