Ben Stephens is an Associate Partner at Instiglio based in Bogotá, Colombia, where he leads Instiglio’s Global Team and Climate Practice. In this work, Ben is focused on enabling governments and donors to achieve better climate and development outcomes by adopting innovative approaches with results-based financing, pull finance, and effective change management. This entails collaborating closely with partners including the World Bank Group, the Millennium Challenge Corporation, USAID, and the UK’s Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. Ben has a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
