Julia Brown

Julia Brown is an Associate Fellow with the Office of Evaluation Sciences in the U.S. General Services Administration, where she manages Office of Evaluation Sciences’s Evidence and Evaluation Training SerInstitute of Education Sciences for federal employees. She has also worked on Office of Evaluation Sciences research projects in partnership with the Small Business Administration, US Department of the Treasury, and the Internal Revenue Service. Currently a PhD student in Economics at the University of Maryland.
