2003 Bulgaria Special Weapons News
- 12-18-03 Funded by the US department of Energy Tripartite Initiative (part of the Cooperative Threat Reduction Program) the International Atomic Energy Agency assisted in removing 36% enriched HEU out of Sofia, Bulgaria to Russia where it is to be blended down to LEU.
