
Rebecca Kilberg
Rebecca Kilberg is a technologist and researcher with a background in public service delivery. She uses technology, policymaking, and interdisciplinary research methods to explore the impact of digital infrastructure on the physical environment. As an Aspen Science and Technology Policy Fellow, Rebecca published materials about reducing and regulating data center water use and improving transparency of resource consumption in hyperscale data centers. Previously, she worked on digital archiving and access tools at Harvard Law’s Library Innovation Lab, and built software and cloud infrastructure for government services.
