Luke Farrell is a public interest technology and policy executive. He currently serves as a Fellow at the Federation of American Scientists and as Executive Director for Strategic Innovation at the College Board.

Luke most recently served as Senior Advisor for Technology and Delivery on the White House Domestic Policy Council, where he worked to improve the delivery of core safety net benefits and healthcare for millions of Americans. At the U.S. Digital Service, he built and led rapid-response technology teams that mitigated nationwide supply chain shocks, launched critical public websites, and ensured millions of Americans remained enrolled in Medicaid following the end of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency. Prior to government service, Luke led crisis response and machine learning teams at Google.
