Louis Blumberg
Louis Blumberg, Founder, Blumberg West Consulting. Louis is working with Climate Resolve and other clients to build resilience to the escalating impacts of climate change informed by more than two decades of experience in government and the not-for-profit sectors. Louis is a climate leader promoting policy and strategies to reduce the threat of extreme heat and to advance the role of insurance to reduce climate risk through policy, communications and implementation. Currently, Louis is a senior climate policy advisor to Los-Angele-based Climate Resolve. He also serves as a member of the Climate Insurance Work Group at the California Department of Insurance.
