Jake Higdon is an Impact Fellow at the Federation of American Scientists. Prior to FAS, as Manager for U.S. Climate Policy at Environmental Defense Fund, Jake led research and analysis on federal policies to ensure an equitable energy transition, spur clean manufacturing, and develop, demonstrate, and deploy climate-beneficial technologies. He has also been a Senior Advisor to think tank Data for Progress, conducted research at the Center on Global Energy Policy, and worked in data analytics. At the end of the Obama-Biden Administration, Jake served in the White House Office of Energy and Climate Change and U.S. Department of State.
