Di Cooke

Di Cooke is a non-resident Fellow in the Defense and Security Department at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Her work examines AI risks and opportunities within the defense and intelligence domains, including the generative AI threat landscape, human-machine teaming dynamics, AI operationalization, and AI-enabled nuclear escalation risks. Her work has informed AI UK and US governmental policy frameworks and guidance, national AI legislation, and AI industry best practices and safeguarding.
