Danielle most recently served as Vice President, People & Culture at the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA), where she led HR strategy, programs, and operations in support of a dynamic and mission-driven organization.
Her expertise spans organizational design, succession planning, talent management, change leadership, employee relations, total rewards, compliance, and HR transformation. Danielle has led large-scale integrations, including serving as HR Integration Leader for a $1.5B acquisition, and has delivered measurable results through data-driven strategies that improved engagement, reduced turnover, streamlined operations, and strengthened the employee experience in hybrid and global settings.
