Across nearly two decades of experience, Danielle has partnered closely with CEOs and executive leadership teams, overseeing people strategy for organizations ranging from 100 to more than 5,000 employees in domestic and international environments. Danielle most recently served as Vice President, People & Culture at the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA), where she led HR strategy, programs, and operations in support of a dynamic and mission-driven organization.

Her expertise spans organizational design, succession planning, talent management, change leadership, employee relations, total rewards, compliance, and HR transformation. Danielle has led large-scale integrations, including serving as HR Integration Leader for a $1.5B acquisition, and has delivered measurable results through data-driven strategies that improved engagement, reduced turnover, streamlined operations, and strengthened the employee experience in hybrid and global settings.
