Secrecy & Government Bulletin

"Can we really have government secrecy
in a country that allows such a journal?"

--Richard Perle, Commentary Magazine, May 1999

[Secrecy & Government Bulletin was superseded in Summer 2000 by Secrecy News.]

Secrecy & Government Bulletin seeks to challenge excessive government secrecy and to promote public oversight and free exchange in science, technology, defense, and intelligence.

The FAS Project on Government Secrecy has been supported in part by grants from the W. Alton Jones Foundation, the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, the Rockefeller Family Fund, the C.S. Fund, the Stewart R. Mott Charitable Trust, and the HKH Foundation.
