Speaking to The Wall Street Journal, FAS’ Hans Kristensen detailed the “invincible” weapons Russian President Vladimir Putin threatened the U.S. with, but explained: “[Putin] seems to be fully aware that Russia can ill-afford to ramp up the arms race.”
